顶空毛细管GC测定溴丙胺太林中有机溶剂残留量

Determination of Residual Organic Solvents in Propantheline Bromide by Headspace GC

目的建立溴丙胺太林原料中多种有机溶剂残留量的分离测定方法。方法采用顶空气相色谱法,载气为氮气,FID检测器,色谱柱为HP-INNOWax毛细管柱,程序升温,内标法测定溴丙胺太林中丙酮、乙醇、二甲苯的残留量。结果3种有机溶剂完全分离,在所考察的浓度范围内具有良好的线性,r为0.9991-0.9998,平均回收率为98.7%-102.1%,精密度RSD均小于10%,检测限为0.4-1.0μg.mL-1。结论本方法快速、灵敏、准确,适用于溴丙胺太林中多种有机溶剂残留量的测定。

Objective A headspace gas chromatography method for sparating and determining various kinds of residual organic solvents in propantheline bromide was established. Methods A HP-INNOWax capillary column was used with nitrogen as the carrier and FID as detector. Results The organic residuals including acetone, ethanol and xylene were separated and determined. There was a good linearity （ r： 0. 9991-0. 9998 ）. The average recovery rates were within the range of 98. 7% and 102. 1% and each RSD was less than 10%. The detection limits were within 0.4-1.0μg.mL-1 Conclusions The method is rapid, sensitive and accurate. It can be used for the determination of various organic residuals in propantheline bromide.
