摘要
目的了解中药不良反应的发生情况、特点及规律,为临床安全合理用药提供参考。方法采用回顾性研究方法,对广州市2007年1-12月收集到的799例中药不良反应病例报告进行统计和分析。结果引起不良反应的主要品种为心脑血管疾病药品,其不良反应累及15个系统-器官,老年人不良反应所占比例较高。结论应重视中药的不良反应,提高临床合理用药水平。
Objective To learn the occurrence and characteristic of ADR of Traditional Chinese Medicine in order to provide the information for rational drug use in clinical practice. Methods 799 ADR reports collected by Guangzhou Center for ADR Monitoring were analyzed using retrospective study method from January to December 2007. Results Most of ADR were mainly caused by cerebrovaseular treatment drugs. 15 organs systems were involved. High ADR occurrence was also observed in the old patients. Conclusions It is important to attach importance to the ADR caused by Traditional Chinese Medicine and promote rational drug use.
