摘要
本文通过对当前我国农业所面临形势的认识，指出要使农业摆脱困境，必须实现增长方式根本性转变，而实现这一根本性转变的关键是依靠农业技术进步。
This paper points that in order to cast off the predicament of the agriculture,we must realize a basic transform of agricultural growth pattern, however the agricultural and technical progress is the key for realizing the basic transform of agriculture, by understanding present agricultural situation.
