摘要
针对EAST(experimental advanced superconducting tokamak)大型氦低温系统中深低温温度及氦流质量流量等非标准信号的采集处理复杂,不能被标准采集设备直接识别的难点,提出了以高精度数字表与采集卡相结合的数据采集方案,开发了基于多进程和多线程的复杂数据采集处理系统,并通过OPC协议实现本系统与EAST低温控制系统的集成。实验表明,该系统运行稳定可靠,测量计算满足实验需求,具有设备成本低,处理能力强,可扩展性好的优点。
Aims at the difficulties that the data acquisition and processing of the ultra-low temperature and the helium mass flow are quite complex, and the signals cannot be recognized immediately by the standard device. The solution that the high-resolution digital multi-meter combines with the data acquisition card is employed. A complex data acquisition and processing system based on this solution is developed, using the multi-process and multi-thread technology to enhance the satiability and using the OPC protocol to integrate the system into EAST cryogenic control system. The experimental practice shows that this system can meet the demands and has the advantages of low costs, strong handling and good extensibility.
