摘要
选取舵机为研究对象,选择AMESim-Simulink联合仿真软件,设计并建立了"舵机性能可靠性建模分析和设计平台"。研究了舵机的性能模型库、可靠性模型库、通用接口技术及性能与可靠性一体化的设计流程;引入了舵机性能可靠性分析的响应面法,实现舵机关键参数与可靠性关系的量化表达。该设计平台在舵机方案设计阶段用于对舵机的性能与可靠性的同步优化与设计。
Actuator is taken as a research object and joint simulation software based on AMESim and Simulink has been chosen to establish the platform for design, analysis, modeling of actuator about performance and reliability. The reliability and performance model library, the technique of general-purpose interface, the design flow of integrating performance and reliability have been studied. The methodology of the response surface has been introduced to analyze the performance and reliability, the relation between the design depend parameter of the performance and reliability index is described in quantity. This design platform is used to optimize and design in the performance and reliability of actuator during the conception stage.
