From integral comprehensive point of view, a systematic analysis of regional agriculture sustainable development with systematic theory and method has been conducted. Characteristics and restrictive factors of regional agriculture sustainable development were discussed. Finally, some countermeasures for accelerating and enhancing the development of regional agriculture were put forward.
