摘要
近年来,国内部分大中城市遭受强暴雨袭击并造成地面严重积水的现象时有发生,开展城市暴雨径流方面的研究十分必要。该文依据霍顿公式、非线性水库、运动波等基本理论,通过求解地面产流、地面汇流、管网汇流等一系列水文水力过程,能够较准确地模拟出地面淹水情况。以2005年"麦莎"台风为例,通过上海市徐汇区的实例验证,计算成果是可靠的,可为城市防洪抢险提供必要的技术支持。
In recent years,the large and middle cities in China are hit by the strong rainstorms often to cause the serious waterlog on the ground.It is very necessary to carry out the study of the urban rainstorm runoff.Based on Horten formula,and the basic theories of nonlinear reservoir and motion wave,and through requesting a series of hydrological hydraulic process of ground runoff,ground confluence and pipe network convergence,the article can more correctly simulate the ground flooding condition.Taking 2005 'Marsha'Typhoon as an example,the practical example of Xuhui District Shanghai is validated that the calculation result is reliable and can provide the necessary technical support for the urban flood control and dealing with emergency.
