摘要 卵黄原蛋白,同大多数生物化学成分一样,在蜜蜂的生理学方面具有多种功能。卵黄原蛋白是卵生雌性动物特有的一种糖酯蛋白的前体,由腹部脂肪体细胞合成,含有糖醇(乙二醇),脂类或脂肪和氨基酸;对于蜜蜂,这些成分的含量分别是2%、7%和9%。卵黄原蛋白的合成是受保幼激素调控的,在卵黄沉积之前直接合成分泌到血淋巴中,被血淋巴输送到卵巢,这些卵黄原蛋白只能被卵黄卵母细胞所识别,并通过微胞饮作用将其摄入形成卵黄磷蛋白。对于蜜蜂,卵黄原蛋白不仅在具有繁殖能力的蜂王体内合成,
