茶业深化改革实现经营体制新突破的思考

Views on Deepening the Reform of Tea Industry and Achieving the New Breach of Management System

建立适应社会主义市场经济体制的茶业经营体制是茶业持续发展必需解决的迫切任务。笔者提出，从深化产权制度改革入手，尝试建立资本经营的见解，并就此提出一些思考问题。

To establish management system of tea industry adapting economic system of socialistic market is urgent assignment which must be solved.It waw ssuggested that the opinion on establishing capital management fom deepening there form of industrial right system.
