摘要
介绍莱钢银山前区炼钢80t转炉自动化系统及配置、生产流程等,着重介绍转炉本体系统的倾动和氧枪升降控制、精确定位控制,铁合金称量自适应控制等,从而实现动态炼钢技术。
This paper introduces the automation configuration and produce process of 80t converter for steel-making in Laiwu Steel Company Ltd. putting emphases on rotating of converter and controlling and accurately positioning of oxygen core. Self-adjusting for ferroalloy＇s weighing is also included. For these dynamic steel-making is realized.
