摘要
矿井通风问题是煤矿安全的核心,而通风机的主要参数是风量和风压,合理地监控风量和风压对通风设计非常重要。基于这个背景设计了一套以PLC为基础的智能监控系统,实时采集风机风量和风压参数并显示出来,同时建立远程监控中心监控各个站点的情况,并根据工业环境的要求在稳定性方面做了专门设计,对风机安全运行检测起到良好效果。
The aeration of mine is core of security of coal mine, and the main parameter of fanner is wind amount and wind pressure, so rational inspection of wind amount and wind pressure is very important to design of aeration. Base on it we designed a intelligent inspection system based on PLC, gather wind amount and wind pressure of fanner on time and display, and establish long-distance inspection system, so we can inspect every stand in line. based on industry condition we also give special design of stability, it is has very good effect to safe run of fanner.
