摘要
随着社会的发展进步,一些犯罪案件使法与道德面临新的问题。本文通过对法与道德的几点思考,加强法与道德的相互作用,进一步促进我国的法制建设。
With the social development, law and moral is faced with new challenges because of some new crimes. The article is to demonstrate some considerations of law and moral and improve the interaction between law and moral. Finally, law education can be reinforced.
