摘要
[目的]调查和了解社区人群中糖尿病(DM)患者的生活质量,并分析其主要影响因素。[方法]采用自制一般资料调查表、SF-36量表对300例社区2型糖尿病患者进行调查分析。[结果]社会支持、年龄、文化程度、空腹血糖值、糖尿病知识掌握情况与糖尿病患者的生活质量有显著相关性,是其主要影响因素。[结论]应重视糖尿病患者的健康教育,加强家庭及社会对患者的支持,健全社区卫生保健服务。
[ Objective] To evaluate the quality of life among type 2 diabetes mellitus（MD） patients in the communities and its chief influencing factors. [ Methods ] Three hundred cases of type 2 DM patients were surveyed by questionnaire which included the individual conditions and a short form SF- 36 measuring scale. [ Resuits] Social support, age, education level, fasting blood - glucose value, and knowledge of the disease were the main influencing factors. [ Conclusion] It is very important to pay more attention to enhance health education to patients to strengthen familial and social support, and improve heahhcare service in community.
