氧化球团生产线控制系统设计与研究

摘要 为提高氧化球团生产线自动化控制水平,设计开发了由监控层、控制层和现场层三层结构组成的球团生产过程综合自动化系统。该系统采用Schneider Quantum PLC、Modbus现场总线、以太网通讯技术、设备冗余技术及其智能优化算法控制技术,并应用Unity Pro编程软件、Vijeo Citect7.0上位监控软件开发了相应控制程序和监控画面,实现了球团生产的集中管理和分散控制,取得了较好的经济效益。 In order to improve the automation level of the oxidized pellets production line, the integrated automation system which is composed of monitoring layer, control layer and field layer has been designed and developed. The techniques of Schneider Quantum PLC, Modbus field bus, Ethernet communication, Equipment redundancy and Intelligent optimization of control algorithm are adopted in this system. And the correspondent control program and supervisory figure also are developed by means of the program software, Unity Pro and the monitor software, Vijeo Citect7.0. The distributed control and centralized management has been realized, also it achieves better economic benefits.
