介绍了以西门子S7-200可编程控制器为核心,采用比例积分微分(PID)算法的温度控制系统,通过控制器的扩展模块完成对聚酯切粒生产中循环除盐水温度和压力的采集、显示、分析和处理,来实现温度和压力的自动调节,并对带式过滤器及水泵实行联锁联控,满足生产的需要及和DCS实行PROFIBUS-DP通讯。
The paper introduces a temperature and pressure control system using, PID arithmetic based on S7-200 PLC produced by SIEMENS. Collection, display, analysis and processing of circulating demine water are completed by PLC's extensive modules and realize the automatic adjusting of demine water temperature and pressure, interlocking and control the band filter and centrifugal pump, supply PROFRIBUS-DP communi cation with DCS and satisfied requirements of Produce.
