乳腺癌实验诊断研究进展
摘要
乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一，约占女性恶性肿瘤总数的21％，居妇女各类恶性肿瘤发病率和死亡率之首。早期准确诊断和及时进行相应的治疗，对乳腺癌患者生存期延长和生活质量的提高具有重要意义。随着免疫学、细胞生物学和分子生物学技术的发展，乳腺癌诊断水平及疗效监测有很大提高。现就乳腺癌实验室诊断的研究综述如下。
