The abilities of leaders have much to do with the fact whether leaders can make full use of the resource of the qualified people. If leaders can know one＇s subordinates well enough to assign them jobs commensurate with their abilities, they will succeed in their causes, which is important to the development of our country. To make the best use of the resource of the qualified people all leaders must have eagle-eyes to find those who combine ability with political integrity. But at the same time leaders should not demand perfection to their abilities in some fields.
