摘要
目的:建立盐酸索他洛尔注射液含量的测定方法。方法:采用分光光度法测定盐酸索他洛尔的含量。结果:盐酸索他洛尔在4.0μg/mL～16.0μg/mL之间的线性关系良好(r=0.9999),回收率符合规定且稳定性高。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确,适合于对该制剂的含量控制。
Objective： To found a method of content in Sotalol hydrochloride injection. Methods： The spectrophotometry method was adopted. Results：The linear correlation within the range of 4.0μg/mL～16.0μg/mL（r=0. 9999） is very well. Stability and recurrence were high. The average recouvery was 100. 02 %. Conclusion： This method was simple and accurate, and it is a good assay method of Sotalol hydrochloride injection.
