地方农科院校发展来华留学生教育工作的思考

Reflection on the development of international students education for local agriculture universities

来华留学生教育工作是高校开展教育国际合作与交流的重要内容。近年来我国来华留学生人数逐年增长,层次稳步提高。文章通过对地方农科院校因专业领域、外在环境因素、认识问题和管理水平问题等综合因素对来华留学生教育工作影响的剖析,阐述了地方农科院应提高认识、加强管理、突出特色、强化宣传以实现来华留学生教育工作可持续良性发展。

The international student education is one of the important parts of education international cooperation and exchange for the colleges and universities. In recent years, the number of international students in China is increased year after year and the levels of international students are improved steadily. On the basis of analysis on these comprehensive factors affecting on the development of international students which are specialty limitation, geography, knowledge and the level of management, the author describes that the local agriculture colleges and universities should improve the knowledge, strengthen the management, stress the characteristic and intensify the propaganda to achieve sustainable development of international students education.
