Dilemma of financing in Chinese colleges

高校融资作为我国高校筹集教育经费的补充渠道,是我国高等教育实现跨越式发展的必然选择,是高校发展和适应高等教育市场化、社会化的需要,对于推动我国教育事业的发展具有重要的现实意义。随着高等教育有限投入与社会需求不断增长的矛盾日益突出,发展性融资成为高等院校改善办学条件的重要资金来源渠道。但与此同时,高校还应从重视融资风险、处理好建设与发展的关系、广开财源、保持规模优势、创新融资方式等方面增强风险的防范能力。

Financing, a supplementary channel for Chinese colleges to raise, educational funds, is of great realistic significance for the development of China＇s educational cause as it is not only an imperative choice for the greatleap-forward development of the higher education in China, but it also meets the demands of Chinese colleges to adapt themselves to the marketilization and socialization of higher education. With the increasingly prominent contradictions between the limited input of higher education and the continuously rising social demands, financing has become an important channel for colleges to raiso funds to improve their hardware and software. Meanwhile, colleges are expected to enhance their capacity to prevent financial risks from the following aspects of attaching great importance to the risks of financing, dealing with the relations between construction and development, opening up new avenues for incomes, maintaining the scale advantage and creating new ways of financing.
