摘要
投资环境是指围绕投资主体存在和发展变化的并足以影响或制约投资活动及其结果的一切外部条件的总和。投资环境对投资的运行效果影响显著,而产业投资环境又是投资环境的核心内容和实质所在。构建了我国各地区产业投资环境评价指标体系,并对评价方法进行了研究。
Investment environment refers to the sum of all external condition that affect or restrict the activity and result of investment.Investment environment affect the investment effects remarkably, and the industrial investment environment is central content and essence of the investment environment. This article has constructed industryial investment environment evaluation index system for different regions in our country, and studied the evaluat on method.
