摘要
风险决策理论对于人们是否作出冒险行为的选择提出了不同的解释。依据前景理论,从风险偏好的角度对员工离职决策中的个体差异进行了实证分析。用方差分析探讨了个体特征对风险偏好的影响,用卡方检验分析了个体特征变量对离职意愿的影响,最后对风险偏好与离职意愿进行了回归分析。
Risk decision-making theory puts forward different explanations on wheather people will make choice of risky behavior. Based on prospect theory and from the angle of the risk preference,the paper does an empirical study on wheather it has individual difference when employee making turnover decision. Firstly, it discusses how the individual characteristic influences the risk preference by the ANOVA. Secondly, it analyzes how the individual characteristic variables influence the turnover intention by the Chi-square test. Finally, using regression analysis explores the relationship between risk preference and turnover intention.
