摘要 《形势与政策》课是加强大学生思想政治教育,提高大学生思想政治素质的有效途径。由于《形势与政策》课不同于其他高校思想政治理论课的教学目标、内容定位和组织形式,使得该课程在实践中遇到一些困难和问题,从而导致课程教学质量难以保证。必须加强对《形势与政策》课的教学质量监控,并形成质量控制体系。《形势与政策》课的教学质量控制可以从三个阶段(课前、课中、课后)和四个维度(内容、教材、教师和组织管理)切入,即"三阶四维"教学质量控制体系。 "Situation and Policy" course is an effective way to strengthen the ideological and political education. "Situation and Policy" course is different from other ideological and political theory courses in institutions of higher learning for its diverse teaching objectives, content orientation and organization forms. That makes the course encounter some difficulties and problems in practice, and makes it difficult to ensure the quality of teaching. The monitor and control of "Situation and Policy" course quality must be strengthened and a quality control system must be formed. Quality control of "Situation and Policy" course could be carried on from three stages (pre -class, at -class, after - class) and four dimensionalities (content, teaching material, teacher and organization - management) which could be named "3 - Stage, 4 - dimensionality" teaching quality control system.
