摘要
工程风险贯穿于工程建设的全过程之中,工程风险的防范是一项全员全过程的工作。从建筑工程的招投标角度,阐述了建筑工程项目风险的特点和目前建筑施工企业风险管理的现状,分析了建筑施工企业在资金、成本、管理等方面存在的风险,提出了风险防范的一般方式以及防范措施。
Project risks exist in the whole process of project construction, and the prevention of project risks involves the effort of all employees. The article expatiates on the features of risks of architecture projects and the status quo of risk management of architecture construction enterprises from the perspective of bidding and tendering, analyzes the risks of architecture construction enterprises in capital, cost, and management, and puts forward general ways and measures against risks.
