在分析当前软件公司新产品开发存在问题的基础上,将项目管理的理论方法运用到软件产品开发中,以便指导软件公司的新产品开发;将软件开发作为项目,按照项目管理的方法进行全过程的动态管理和控制,研究提高新产品开发的成功率。通过案例说明了在新产品开发中引入项目管理的可行性和科学性。
