摘要
ERP"黑洞"降低了ERP在提升企业管理水平中的功效,阻碍了企业推行ERP的进程。形成企业ERP"黑洞"成因主要有:企业对ERP的定位不明、ERP选型不当、企业高层支持力度不够、与原有管理模式的冲突以及过度ERP个性化等方面,应针对性地采取防范性措施,使企业规避ERP"黑洞"。
ERP black hole has reduced its effect in the process of management. And it also delayed the process of ERP implementation in enterprises. Five factors account for ERP black hole, such as ambiguous positioning on ERP, inappropriate ERP product, insufficient support from the top management, conflict with original management mode and over-customized ERP. Some suggestions are put forward to avoid ERP black hole.
