The relationship between the pragmatic use of Verschueren＇ s adaption theory and the value in language communication is illustrated in this article. The language owes three characteristics, such as adaptability, negotiability and variability. The language is communicated from the system of value, not from those of traditional norms. It is beneficial for the learners to understand and use the culture value in language communication.
