攀钢1505名职工体检结果分析及健康指导

Analysis on results of physical examination and health education in 1505 workers of Pangang company

目的分析攀钢职工身体健康状况,为制订职工健康教育工作提供依据。方法1505名职工常规体检结果,按各年龄段病征检出率、采用顺位及构比法、部分病征男女检出率进行分析。结果在受检者中,检出有异常者1236人,阳性病征检出率较高的为肝功异常622人(41.33%),血脂增高(含高脂血症)551人(36.61%),脂肪肝233人(15.48%),乙型肝炎两对半异常211人(14.02%),高尿酸173人(11.50%),高血压168人(11.16%),血糖异常128人(8.50%),血常规异常127人(8.44%),心电图异常97人(6.45%),胆囊及胆管结石86人(5.71%),肾功异常71人(4.72%)。各年龄段高脂血症、脂肪肝、高血压的检出率随着年龄的增长而增加。高脂血症、脂肪肝、肝功异常、高血压、高血尿酸检出率男性明显高于女性。结论尽早开展健康教育,指导职工建立良好的生活方式,控制疾病危险因素,是工厂职工预防保健工作的重点。

Objective To analyze the health condition of workers in Pangang company for the basis of drawing up plan for staff health education. Methods The results of conventional physical examination of 1505 workers were picked out according to various age ranges and incidence rate of symptoms and signs by using the eis - position and construction comparison method, the incidence rates of certain diseases in men and women were picked out and analyzed. Results Among them, abnormality was seen in 1 236 persons, abnormal liver function was seen in 622 persons （41. 33% ）, increase in blood lipids （including hyperlipemia） in 551 persons （36.61%）, fatty liver in 233 persons （15.48%）, abnormal findings in HBV markers in 211 （14.02%）, hyperuricemia in 173 （11.50% ）, hypertension in 168 （11.16% ）, abnormal blood sugar in 128（8.50% ）, abnormal routine blood examination in 127 （8.44%） , abnormal electrocardiogram in 97 （6.45%） , calculi in gallbladder and bile duct in 86 （5.71% ） and abnormal renal function in 71 （4.72%）. The incidence rates of hyperlipemia, fatty liver and hypertension were increased along with the age growth. The incidence rates of hyperlipemia, fatty liver, abnormal liver function, hypertension and hyperuricemia in males were obviously higher than those of females. Conclusion Health education should be carried out as soon as possible in this company in order to help staffs in establishment of good life style and control the risk factors of diseases, and these are the key points of health work and prevention of diseases for factory staffs.
