婴幼儿肺炎合并心力衰竭69例的护理研究

Nursing experience in 69 cases of infantile pneumonia complicated with cardiac failure

目的总结婴幼儿肺炎合并心力衰竭的临床护理经验体会。方法将我院2006年1月至2007年12月收治的肺炎合并心衰患儿69例随即分为常规护理组34例和整体护理组35例,整体护理组在常规治疗护理的基础上根据每个患儿的具体情况进行全面护理评估,做出护理诊断,采取相应的护理措施。结果整体护理组在症状及体征的改善方面明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论整体护理对肺炎合并心衰患儿症状及体征的改善有显著疗效,可有效地控制病情,缩短病程。

Objective To sum up the clinical nursing experience in infantile pneumonia complicated with cardiac failure. Methods Sixty nine childish cases of pneumonia complicated with cardiac failure were divided into usual care group （34 cases） and holistic nursing group （35 cases）. Patients in holistic nursing group were treated with conventional therapy associated with individualized nursing care based on comprehensive nursing assessment and nursing diagnosis. Results The improvement in symptoms and signs of patients in holistic nursing group was significantly better than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The improvement of symptoms and signs in children with pneumonia complicated with cardiac failure can effectively be controlled and the course of disease will be shortened in holistic nursing group.
