摘要
研究用蛋壳粉制备丙酮酸钙的制备过程,利用正交试验考查了各反应条件因素对丙酮酸钙产率的影响。得出的最佳条件为:5.6g蛋壳煅烧灰粉加55ml水,用0.08mol丙酮酸、反应温度65℃、搅拌速度为400r/min,反应时间1h,产率可达95%。
The pr Cess of preparation of calcium pyruvate with eggshell was introduced, and checked all factors which could affect synthesis by aid of orthogonal comparisons. It is shown that 5.6g calcining ash of eggshell adding 55ml water react with 0.08mol pyruvic acid in 65 centigrade degree temp and 400rpm mix round. Yield could reaCh 95%. A new approach were offered for deep-pr Cessing of eggshell to prepared calcium pyruvate.
