摘要
以N、K复合肥为包膜肥料核心,用水性聚氨酯为包膜剂,石蜡为封闭剂,用转鼓包衣工艺制备包膜肥料,并采用水培法和土柱淋溶法对其进行缓控释性能评价。试验结果表明,水性聚氨酯材料应用于肥料包膜具有一定的可行性,其用量在6%时效果最好,封闭剂用量在3%左右时为佳。
The coated fertilizer core is N and K compound fertilizer, and the hydrophilic PU is used to coat, and then the particle is sealed with olefin.The apparatus used is rotating drum,and two methods are used to evaluate the dissolution of the fertilizer.The results show that:it is feasible for hydrophilic PU to be applied to the fertilizer coating, and the optiomal amount is 6% for hydrophilic PU, 3% for olefin as well.
