氮磷配施对金银花产量和品质的影响 被引量:21

Influences of Nitrogen and Phosphorus Fertilizer on the Yield and Quality of Chinese Honeysuckle

摘要 通过田间试验研究了陕西汉中南郑金银花GAP基地3个不同的氮磷配比及3个不同的施肥量对金银花产量及品质(药用成分和营养成分)的影响,以期获得最佳的施肥方案。结果表明,相比于大田常规施肥,施肥量为560kghm-2,N:P2O5为1∶0.78,能够更好地提高金银花花蕾的产量,增幅为103%,且该施肥配方使金银花中的药用成分绿原酸含量和黄酮含量分别提高22.13%,23.25%。该结果为南郑县金银花规范化种植方案的制定提供有益参考。 Three different proportions of N and P fertilizer in different amounts of fertilizer were used to investigate the effects of fertilization on the yield and quality of Chinese honeysuckle which is located in GAP Base of Honeysuckle in Nanzheng County, Shaanxi province, in order to acquire the optimal use of fertilizer. The results showed that the optimal amount is 560kg hm-2 with the proportion of N:P2O5 1:0.78,Which can increase the yield of honerysuckle by 103% than the control. The chlorogenic acid content and the total flavonoids content were increased 22.13% and 23.25%, respectively. These results suggested an available application of fertilizers in the GAP Base of Honeysuckle in Nanzheng County.
