摘要
本课题组借助高分辨率红外热像仪,研究了γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)水溶液在不同温度和流速条件下的降膜流动过程中,Marangoni效应对其流动和传热的影响。实验发现,受热降膜流动过程中液膜存在明显的收缩现象,横向热Marangoni效应显著,在相同的进料温度下,加热温度越高,液膜收缩越明显。同时由于降膜表面更新加快,GABA溶液降膜流动时的溶剂蒸发速度较常规加热方式大大提高。以上结果对于GABA的提浓、富集具有重要意义。
The falling film and Marangoni effect of γ -aminobutyric acid (GABA) aqueous solution under different temperatures and flow rates with the infrared thermal -camera were investigated. It showed that the aqueous γ -aminobutyric falling film was shrinking clearly over the heated plate. When the solution temperature was constant, the shrink of heated film became more clearly with increasing heating temperature. Besides, the solvent evaporated more quickly in heated falling film than conventional heating method. The result was valuable to enrichment of GABA.
