摘要
伙伴合作模式的确立,是近年来英国职前教师教育改革的突出亮点,已经成为英国职前教师教育的一大特色。目前,英国职前教师教育伙伴合作模式已形成契约式、融合式与中小学联盟三种类型;英国政府在此基础上出台了新的伙伴合作计划——"伙伴合作发展学校计划"和"培训学校计划"。伙伴合作模式有助于拓宽英国教师队伍渠道、提高职前教师教育质量,但同时也面临着压力与挑战。
As the highlight in improving Initial Teacher Training(ITT),partnership mode has become one of the main characteristics in the ITT in the U.K. Currently,three partnership modes have formed:contract, integration and consortium and on base of it, the British government has enacted Partnership Development Schools Initiatives and Training Schools Programme. Partnership modes are of great help to increase the numbers of teachers and improve the quality of ITT ,while at the same time it is confronted with pressure and challenge.
