摘要
美国初等教育师资职前培养经历了从低层次到高层次的发展过程,基本可分为三个阶段:中等师范学校和中学师范科时期;高等师范学院时期;综合性大学时期。当前,美国初等教育师资职前培养具有培养模式多元、培养标准明确、培养层次规格高、课程体系突出通识核心课程和重视教育专业课程与教学实践、资格认证制度较完善等特点。
The pre-service education of elementary school teachers in America has experienced a gradual development process which includes three stages as follows: normal school and high school period,teachers college period,and comprehensive university period. The characteristics of the preparation education today involve the multiple ways of preparation, clear standards ,high academic level, general core curriculum system, the focus on education curriculum and practical teaching and relatively perfect system of certification.
