摘要
教育公平研究的深入必须关注到对其测度的研究,在评判及测度教育(制度)公平与否时又要遵循具体的原则,需要一套完整的具有可操作性的指标体系。欧盟就此进行了一项跨国的教育制度公平测度,具体使用了对教育起点及过程中的不平等及其在教育领域内的影响及之外的社会与政治不平等的测度的29个指标体系。鉴于对教育公平测度研究的深入,有必要对欧盟教育制度公平测度的指导原则、指标体系的建构模型及其具体的各个指标的测度问题进行详细了解,并对其进行评述。
The research on educational equity must concern the research on the measurements of educational equity. There are some certain guiding principles which help constructing a set of complete and operable measurement indicators. The European Commission has conducted a multinational try to measure the equity of the European educational systems. To measure the inequality before and in the process of schooling and its influence in education and the social and political influence out of education,the European Commission constructed a set of indicators which contains 29 detailed indicators to measure the equity in European educational systems. The importance of the measurement of educational equity strongly urges the research on the guiding principles of the indicators of the measurement of equity in European educational system,the details of the indicators and the questions used to measure the detailed indicators,and the remark on the measurement of educational equity.
