Theory and Practice on Social Education Reformation of Japan in the 21st Century

进入21世纪,日本社会和人们的生活发生了很大的变化,受其影响,作为日本推进终身教育、终身学习政策重要支柱的社会教育的改革也日益深入。21世纪日本社会教育改革的原理包括市场化原理、地域主体性原理、推进终身学习原理。在此原理的指导下,颇具日本特色的社会教育实践也得以推广,主要表现在日本社会教育、终身学习内容和形式的变化,多元文化共生教育策略的实施,社会教育行政重组和NPO的作用等方面。

Accompanied with the 21st century,a great change in the society and people＇s life of Japan has happened,the reformation of social education as an important support to promote lifetime education and study policy of Japan is also carried forward hrgely for its influence. The principle of educational reformation in the society of Japan in new century covers market principle in reformation of social education,regional principle as main body and principle of promoting lifetime study. The practice of social education with Japanese style under guiding of the above principles is promoted also,which mainly shows from changes in social education,contents and methods of lifetime study,implementation of educational strategy under the background of existing multiple cultures, administrative regrouping of social education and functions of NPO in Japan.
