影响秸秆固化成型燃料点火过程的因素分析 被引量:5

摘要 以LLA-6型户用生物质炉具为试验装置,分别考察了4种引火助燃剂、2种不同形状的烟筒及3种烟筒高度、点火助燃罩及其上方所铺放成型燃料厚度等因素对点火过程的影响。结果表明,助燃剂JC15和CJ51点火引燃效果最好,1.5m高的锥形烟筒所用点火时间为普通圆柱形烟筒的51.3%;点火助燃罩上方的成型燃料厚度在0.5~3cm之间时都能保证正常点火;不用点火助燃罩时,成型燃料摆放形状对点火过程有较大影响;7种摆放形状中窝形摆放点火效果最好。该研究为解决秸秆固化成型燃料在实际推广过程中普遍遇到的点火难问题提供了依据,为我国生物质固化成型燃料大规模推广指明了途径。 Type LLA-6 household cooking stove was used as experimental device. The factors investigated included three ignition-assisting agents, two shapes of chimney with three heights, ignition-assisting cover, and thickness of briquette fuel. Effect of those factors on ignition process was studied. The results showed that JC15 and C J51 ignition-assisting agents achieved the best igniting results. The igniting time of the cone-shaped chimney with 1.5 m height was 51.3% as much as that of the column-shaped one. Densified Corn Straw Briquette Fuel (DCBF) thickness of 0.5 3 cm above the cover could guarantee the normal ignition, which was obviously better than that without cover. The nest piling shape of briquette fuel was found to be the best one. The study provides effective methods for immediate ignition of DCBF and a guarantee against wider applications of DCBF in China.
