摘要
采用德国LEITZ-ⅡA型热显微镜和美国PE公司的TGA-7型热重分析仪,对上海石洞口污水处理厂污泥干化装置产生的干化污泥的燃烧特性进行了研究。结果表明,污泥是一种高灰分、高挥发分、低固定碳含量、低热值的燃料,具有着火容易、着火温度低、着火方式为均相着火、燃烧物质以挥发分为主等燃烧特性。计算了污泥的燃尽指数和综合燃烧特性指数,采用Coasts指数积分法求解了污泥燃烧动力学特性参数。研究结果为市政污泥的资源化利用和石洞口污水处理厂污泥焚烧装置运行工况的调整积累了基础实验数据。
By using German LEITZ-ⅡA type thermal microscope and TGA-7 type thermogravimetric analyzer of American PE Company,studied was the combustion characteristics of dried sewage sludge produced by a sludge dryer in Shanghai Shidongkou Sewage Water Treatment Plant.The research results indicate that the sludge is a kind of fuel with a high ash content and high volatile matter,featuring a low fixed-carbon content and a low heating value.It has such combustion characteristics as easy to ignite,a low ignition temperature,homogeneous ignition as a kind of ignition mode and with volatile content predominating the combustion substance etc.The burn-out index and comprehensive combustion characteristic index of the sludge were calculated.By using Coasts index integration method,obtained were the combustion kinetic characteristic parameters of the sludge.The research results can serve as accumulated fundamental test data for the resource-oriented utilization of sludge from municipal engineering projects and for the operating condition adjustment of sludge incineration devices in Shidongkou Sewage Water Treatment Plant.
