急性高容性血液稀释在骨肿瘤手术中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨急性高容性血液稀释在骨肿瘤手术中的应用,安全性及其意义。方法:将40例ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级并符合纳入标准的择期骨肿瘤手术患者随机分为两组:稀释组(AHHD组)和对照组,每组20例,稀释组给予6%羟乙基淀粉溶液(HES200/0.5)15ml/kg做高容血液稀释,对照组行常规手术。按照2001年公布的临床输血技术规范输入异体血。结果:稀释组患者术中输入的异体血量明显减少,血流动力学维持稳定。结论:急性高容性血液稀释在骨肿瘤手术中能节约库血,减少血源性传染病,减轻患者经济负担,效果好.并且安全可行。值得推广。
