摘要
根据对近年来国际教师专业伦理研究重要文献的梳理,本文首先分析教师专业伦理的实践渊源,进而分析教师在专业伦理实践中遭遇的几类困境:源于伦理价值间矛盾的伦理困境,教育活动中复杂的权力互动形成的伦理困境,以及学校内部的力量对比所推动的伦理困境。最后从规范伦理和德行伦理角度为教师走出伦理困境指出可能路径。
By review of recent research on international teacher professional ethics study, this paper firstly probes in the origins of the teacher professional ethics, and then provides the analysis of several dilemmas which teachers might encounter during their practice of professional ethics: the ethical dilemma derived from the conflict of ethical values; the ethical dilemma formed by the complex interactive power in educational activities; and the ethical dilemma boosted by power contrast within schools. The possible solution to eliminate these dilemmas from the perspective of rules and virtue will be provided at the end of this paper.
