摘要
目的:研究中文版核心自我评价量表的结构和信效度。方法:研究翻译核心自我评价(CSES)量表,有效测量了748名中学生。结果:探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析结果交叉验证了核心自我评价的单维度模型。修订的核心自我评价量表内部一致性信度为0.779,分半信度为0.769、项目负荷在0.42-0.70之间,交叉效度、汇聚效度等方面都具有较高的指标。结论:中文版核心自我评价量表在中国大陆中学生群体的测量具有良好的结构效度、交叉效度、汇聚效度和信度,需进一步研究其区分效度。
Objective: To study the factorial, reliability and structural validity of Chinese version of core self-evaluation scale. Methods: The core self-evaluation of translation scale (CHASES) was used to assess 748 middle school students. Results: Exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses showed the scale was composed of single dimension, and α of the scale was 0. 779. The half reliability was 0. 769. The loading of the items was between 0.42 and 0.70, the fitting precisions of cross validity and convergent validity are both at high level. Conclusion: the Chinese version of the core self-evaluation scale showed excellent construct validity, cross validity, cluster validity and reliability in the measurement among middle school students in China's Mainland. The further study of discriminant validity is required.
