对唐钢新1号高炉采用的技术装备及生产效果进行了阐述。新1号高炉采用了一系列先进实用的技术装备,如高炉炉底、炉缸采用大块炭砖加陶瓷杯结构,炉腹、炉腰和炉身下部选用薄壁炉衬和铜冷却壁,炉体冷却采用软水密闭冷却循环系统,渣处理采用"明特法"水渣工艺,煤气净化工艺选用重力除尘加干式布袋除尘,高炉操作应用专家系统等。投产以来,高炉各区域设备运转正常,各项生产指标稳定。
The paper describes the technical equipment used in No. 1 blast furnace of Tangshan Iron and Steel Co. Ltd. and its production. In this furnace, a series of advanced and practical equipment and design are applied, such as large carbon bricks ＋ ceramic cup in furnace bottom and hearth, thin furnace lining and copper cooling stave at furnace bosh, belly and lower part of furnace stack, closed loop soft water cooling and circulation system for furnace stack cooling, ＂ Mingte＂ slag granulation process for slag treatment, gravity precipitator ＋ dry type bag filter for gas cleaning, expert system for furnace operation, etc. Thanks to all of these measures, equipment in various areas of blast furnace works normally and various production index keeps stable since furnace startup.
