摘要
结合水资源的现状与存在的问题,说明水资源配置对可持续发展的重要意义,阐述现代理论方法下的水资源配置,包括基于模拟方法的、优化的、水权的、博弈论的、复杂适应系统的水资源配置方式,并在此基础上展望该研究领域未来的发展方向。
The significance of water resources allocation on sustainable development is explained along with the status and problems of water resources. Water resources allocation based on modem theories and methods is described systematically, including water resources allocation based on simulation methods, optimization methods, water fights, game theory and complex adaptive systems. On this basis, future directions of research are proposed.
