含绿原酸的清热解毒类中药注射剂不良反应及其机理探讨

Adverse Effect and Mechanism of Chlorogenic Acid in Clearing Heat and Detoxication Traditional Chinese Medicine Injections

目的对3种含绿原酸的清热解毒类中药注射剂不良反应进行探讨。方法收集国内外公开发表的有关报道,对其不良反应进行归纳、分析、总结。结果3种中药注射剂均含有绿原酸成分,但是绿原酸是否为致敏原,以及所引起的不良反应是过敏反应还是类过敏反应,学术界尚存在不同的看法。结论正确评价绿原酸在中药注射剂不良反应中的地位并予以合理使用,以及进一步区分过敏反应和类过敏反应是目前亟待解决的问题。

OBJECTIVE To discuss the adverse effect and mechanism of chlorogenic acid in three cleating heat and detoxication traditional Chinese medicine injections.METHODS Adverse effect and mechanism of chlorogenic acid were reviewed by collecting and summarizing the related reports in China and abroad.RESULTS All the three kinds of Chinese medicine injections contain chlorogenic acid, but there are different points of view on whether chlorogenic acid is the original sensitizer and whether it causes allergic reaction or anaphylactoid reactiona.CONCLUSION It is important to evaluate adverse effect of chlorogenic acid in traditional Chinese medicine injections and distinguish the allergic reaction and anaphylactoid reaction.
