摘要
对地震引发天然气管道的泄漏与扩散过程进行了研究,建立了天然气管道泄漏量和扩散瞬态计算模型,提出了相应的求解方法,并以此为基础对天然气泄漏事故进行了危害性评价。介绍了震后天然气管道泄漏事故的维抢修方法,提出了包括应急响应程序、应急组织系统、应急防护与救援、应急预案和应急状态终止在内的一套完整的应急响应系统。该系统的应用可缩短维抢修时间,减少经济损失。
Study on the process of leakage and diffusion induced by earthquake for gas pipeline is carried out.A transient model to calculate leakage volume and diffusion for gas pipeline is established,and relative solution method for the model is presented and risk assessment is made for leakage accident of gas pipeline based on the model.The paper introduces repair and maintenance methods for post-earthquake gas pipeline’s leakage accident and presents an entire emergency response system including emergency response procedures,emergency organization system,emergency protection and rescue,emergency program and emergency state termination. It is considered that application of this system can shorten repair and maintenance time and decrease economic loss
