概述了新阀门在投产前预维护的必要性,介绍了阀门投运前预维护的前期准备和维护步骤。将新阀门的维护作业分为阀门安装焊接前的养护作业、阀门压力测试时的检测和保养以及运营投产前对问题阀门维护及修复作业三个阶段。提出了阀门吊装及安装焊接的要求。
The paper describes the necessity of new valves’pre-maintain before operation,introduces preliminary preparation and maintenance steps for the new valves before operation.Valve maintenance is divided into three parts,that is,(1)valve maintenance before installation and welding;(2)inspection and maintenance during pressure testing and(3)maintenance and repair for'problem'valve before putting into operation. Requirements for valve installation and welding are presented.
