县域中小企业技术改造现状及对策

Current situations and countermeasurs on technological transformations in the enterprises of Linan City.

在调查临安市“八五”期间企业技术改造现状的基础上，分析了该市技术改造过程中存在的问题及原因，并提出了推进企业技术改造的４点对策：①统一认识，转变观念，切实加强技改工作；②加大技术改造投资的力度；③建立健全技改投资约束机制；④依靠科技进步进行技术改造。

The problems and their causes in the course of technological transformations in the small or medium sized enterprises of Lin’an were analyzed on the investigation of the current situations in technological transformations in 1991 to 1995.In order to push the work of technological transformations forward,four pieces of countermeasures were put forward:first,to change ideology,reach a common understanding and reinforce the work of technological transformations conscientiously;second,to make a greater effort in the investment of technological transformations;third,to set up a perfect binding mechanism of the investment;forth,to carry out the technological transformations depending on the development of science and technology.
