种子萌发胁迫下不同生态型油松抗旱性的评价 被引量:6

摘要 将油松天然分布区7个生态型10个种源的种子在不同浓度PEG溶液中进行萌发试验。结果表明,随着水分胁迫程度的加深,各油松种源种子的萌发均表现为发芽率、发芽势及发芽指数值降低,平均发芽时间延长。采用种子萌发抑制相对指数比较参试各类型的油松种子在萌发过程中耐水分胁迫能力的强弱顺序,可得出油松各生态型种源的抗旱性由弱至强的顺序为:东部型、东北型、中部型、西南型、中西型、西北型、南部型。其中以东部型、东北型和中部型为第一类;西南型、中西型为第二类;西北型和南部型为第三类。 The germination capacity of seeds of 10 provenances belong to 7 ecotypes from Pinus tabulaeformis natural areal were tested under different concentration PEG solution. The result showed that with deepening water stress degree, seed germination capacity showed decreasing in germination rate, germination viability and germination index value, a prolongation in average germination speed. Seed germination inhibition relative index was used to compare seed germination capacity of 10 provenances of Pinus tabulaeformis ecotype under water stress, and the sequence from weak to great was the east type, the northeast type, the central type, the southwest type, the mid-west type, the northwest type, the southern type. Among all types, the first group included the east type and the northeast type and the central type; the second group included the southwest type and the mid-west type; the third group included the northwest type and the southern type.
