摘要
通过发实试验探讨温度、发芽床及光照等因素对硬雀麦种子萌发的影响。设8种恒温(5、10、15、20、25、30、35℃和40℃)和2种(15/25℃,20/30℃)变温共10个处理;光照设0(黑暗)和光照(2000lx)两个处理;发芽床设纸上(TP)、纸间(BP)、砂上(TS)和砂间(BS)4个处理。结果表明:硬雀麦种子发芽的最适温度为20℃,发芽床选纸上发芽为好,对光不敏感,初次计数时间为发芽后第4天,末次计数时间为发芽后第8天。
The influence of different temperature, germinating beds and light on germination characteristics of Bromus rigidus Roth were tested in this study. The conditions of temperature included eight constant temperatures (5,10,15,20,25,30,35,40 ℃ ) and two ahemating temperatures (15/25 ℃and 20/30 v ), light treanments (0 and 2 000 lx) and germination bed treanments ( top of paper, between of paper, top of sand and betweed of sand ) were carried on. According to the germination performance under differents treanments showed that the best gemination conditions was 20 ℃, top of paper and dark. The first seedling-count was the 4th day. The last time was the 8th day.
